  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, and Digital Wallet Payments (where available).

  • Full payment (including delivery charges) must be made at the time of delivery for COD orders.

  • For prepaid orders, confirmation will be sent via email/SMS once payment is received.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are processed based on the amount paid at purchase (after applying discounts/promotions).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order was canceled due to our error.
