🪥 How to Use
1. Prep: Brush and rinse teeth thoroughly.
2. Apply Gel: Dispense a small line of gel along the inner front surface of the mouth tray (upper and lower).
3. Activate Light:
Press once for blue light (whitening mode)
Press twice for blue + red light (dual mode)
4. Wear: Insert tray and leave on for 30–40 minutes.
5. Finish: Remove tray, rinse mouth with water, and wipe device clean.
6. Repeat: One session every week or as advised by your dentist.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Smile Theory by Dr. Ayesha. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic items cannot be returned.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will bear the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the buyer will be responsible for the courier charges. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 working days after the return has been received and approved. The time may vary depending on your payment method or bank processing time.
Shipping
We currently ship all over Pakistan. Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on your location. Orders placed in major cities are usually delivered faster, while remote areas may take longer.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide for your convenience. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination city. These charges will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
We also offer free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000 across Pakistan. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation SMS or email with tracking details to follow your delivery status.
